My current research focuses on artificial intelligence and machine learning with applications to the analysis of social media and opinion mining. I am particularly interested in weakly-supervised clustering techniques and topic modeling applied to digital humanities. I'm a member of the labex IMU and adjunct professor at Dalhousie University, Halifax. For more details please see my research webpage.

For a full list of my publications, see the dedicated publication webpage. They are also indexed in DBLP. You can be interested in my profiles on google scholar - Linked'In - ResearchGate.

I give basic classes on computer science (e.g., excel, database, programming) and more advanced classes in data mining (e.g., machine learning, artificial intelligence, text mining). All my lectures are complemented by practical projects using various languages (java, R, python).

I am now head of Bachelor's degree program in Data Science at the University of Lyon 2.

See the list of ongoing classes on my teaching webpage.
